Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is known as the gentle art. Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts, self defense system, and combat sport. Today it is widely practiced by our military and law enforcement due to its superior grappling application, making it easy for anyone to use. Jiu Jitsu is meant to be efficient for anyone to use. It allows smaller people to be able to beat larger, stronger, and faster opponents by utilizing proper leverage, body mechanics, and technique.

Gi (Uniform) - Gi Jiu Jitsu is where you wear a Japanese-style Kimono. The Gi allows you and your opponent to make grips on their clothing that can be used as a weapon. Collar chokes and sleeve grips can give you the edge when grappling with a uniform.

NoGi - It is exactly how it sounds, No (without the) Gi. In this class practitioners wear a rashguard and shorts. In this class you learn how to grapple without the use of the uniform.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai, also referred to as Thai Boxing, is the art of eight limbs. Muay Thai is a striking martial art and combat sport that incorporates punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and clinching.

Whether you're interested in learning the basics and getting in shape or eventually fighting at competitive level, we have the experience, connections, and curriculum to get you there.

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts encompasses striking, grappling and everything in between. Mixed martial artists need to be as comfortable on the ground as they are on their feet.

Mixed Martial Artists often cross-train in a variety of martial arts to include:

⭐️  Boxing

⭐️  Kickboxing

⭐️  Muay Thai

⭐️  Jiu Jitsu

⭐️  Wrestling

⭐️  Judo

Prior to attending MMA class it is highly recommended that you learn the basics of both striking and grappling by attending both Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu classes.

Kids Martial Arts
Ages 8-14

We give kids the confidence to tackle any obstacle in their path. Giving them the discipline to work hard towards their dreams both on and off the mat.

What Kids will learn and develop:

⭐️    Focus

⭐️    Discipline

⭐️    Attention to Detail

⭐️    Respect

⭐️    Teamwork

⭐️    Confidence

⭐️    How to deal with tough situations

⭐️    Self Defense

⭐️    Sport Jiu Jitsu

⭐️    Problem Solving Skills

Classes are structured to be both educational and fun for kids, all while learning how to defend themselves. Our goal is to create an atmosphere with our students where they are both safe and can learn how to better themselves with hard work and focus.

Do I need to get in shape to start?

No, nothing will get you ready for Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai except Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai itself. It is a misconception to want to "get in shape" before beginning martial arts training, but there isn't an exercise that can replicate actual martial arts training.

Do you offer discounted rates and packages?

We offer discounts for students, law enforcement, military, and first responders.

We offer Family Memberships!

Am I too old?

Age is irrelevant. Some start at the age of 5 and some start at 60. There are many martial arts practitioners that train until they are close to 90! It's never too late to start something new!

What are your cleaning procedures?

The gym is cleaned and sanitized daily between classes to prevent the spreading of germs.

Do I have to compete?

No, competition isn't for everyone and not everyone wants to. We encourage anyone willing to compete to get out there and we will help get you there, but we will teach anyone willing to learn.

What should I expect on my first day?

Wear athletic clothing and no jewelry. Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude. The hardest step is the first one, after that it's an adventure!
